All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, style, or color preference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email] with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos of the damage or defect

  3. A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit if the damage is confirmed to have occurred before arrival.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Zamar Design Studio is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local postal carrier

  • Wait 24-48 hours as some carriers mark packages delivered early

  • Contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim if applicable

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
