All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Each piece is handcrafted with care, and processing times may be slightly longer during launches, sales, or holidays.

Flat Rate Shipping: $5 USD (orders up to 1 lb)
Priority Mail Upgrade: $10 USD (1-3 business days, includes $100 insurance)
Free Shipping: On orders over $50 USD

Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after processing

🇨🇦 Canada

Flat Rate Shipping: $15 USD (orders up to 1 lb)
Orders over 1 lb: Shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Estimated Delivery Time: 7-14 business days after processing

We ship to all EU member countries, including:

We ship to:

Discounted International Shipping During Sales

During promotional sales, discounted flat rate international shipping may be offered. The discounted rate and applicable regions will be clearly stated on the promotion details page and automatically applied at checkout during the sale period.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country upon arrival. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. For international shipments, tracking updates may be limited once the package leaves the United States depending on local postal systems.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to ensure timely delivery; however, delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, or postal service disruptions. Zamar Design Studio is not responsible for delays once the package is handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for review and resolution.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local postal carrier first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery but will assist you in filing a claim where possible.
